5. Payments and Refunds

All fees for classes, memberships, and services must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated. We do not offer refunds except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our cancellation policy.

6. Cancellations and No-Shows

Clients must cancel scheduled sessions/memberships within 72 hours to avoid being charged. Missed sessions without proper notice may be forfeited without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Fearless Fitness Now LLC, including videos, logos, training materials, and branding, is our property and may not be reproduced or distributed without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fearless Fitness Now LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
